My brother recommended these as I wanted cctv around my house and outbuildings. I purchased one and was easy even for me to install. Great clarity even at night. I bought another 3 and working great and acts as additional security for the home. I don’t subscribe to the plan so just paid the purchase price, but for the quality of product and live and recorded videos, is really fantastic value - just small one off payment unless you want more capacity so just pay bit more. When I had a problem with one camera not working as it should I sent an email, not really expecting to hear back. Within a day, I received a reply with troubleshooting procedures, which resolved it - could not ask for better service

I purchased this for the rear of my property, seems like a well built camera, it was easy to set up with my WiFi just turned off 5ghz as it uses 2.4ghz it was connected within seconds, easy to read instructions, only thing the wall bracket was connected to the camera and I wasn't sure how to separate to fix it to the wall ( it just pulls away) it came with 2 templates for fixing also screws and plugs, i didn't use the templates as i fixed to a pebble dash wall but it still only took minutes to drill and fix, i really like the picture quality the app is easy to use the camera has a light, siren and you can talk through it, the movement i find is smooth, you get 30 days cloud storage i put in a memory card, overall a great camera for the price and if my wired cameras pack in i will purchase again, the battery seems to hold the charge and charge via the solar panel hopefully it will do the same in the winter months.

I bought this camera just to keep an eye on our garden when we are away from home. It was easy enough to assemble and connect and the app is very intuitive and was even able to connect it to our Google assistant as well so there was no problems there at all. If you would like to store your videos locally, I will warn you that you will need an SD card to go with this. It doesn't come with one but even without the SD card, the cloud will still show you moments in time of any movement that happens. The lights turn on within set parameters when it does detect movement as well and comes up as motion alerts on your phone. The video quality seems to be okay but the one thing I did notice is that there was a slight delay in what was happening in real time and the video feed but that could be due to the fact that my Wi-Fi is far. Night vision on this is crystal clear as well, even without the light you can see into the darkness it is a very good camera. The only thing that would be nice if it was included. Even a small SD card would go a long way

Read the reviews, all seem to be glowing mostly, I purchased two of these, firstly set up was easy and very good. Problems started when I mounted them, hardly any connection to the cameras, one is close to the router, still hanging on "establishing secure connection" when it is connected and it hardly is, the video jitters and freezes, skips seconds, the motion detection area is ignored and gives false alerts despite trying everything support asked me to try. They want videos to show detection area is not working, how am I supposed to do that. Shame as I had to drill into the walls to mount both the solar panel and the camera. Also even when the charger is disconnected it shows as charging. I would avoid as its a bit of a headache, otherwise the still image quality is brilliant and it's a shame it's so glitchy, the video keeps skipping seconds no matter what I do and it lags so the event has passed long before you are notified, plus one camera has a charging issues now and you need a subscription to make the most of it. I will update the review if anything changes or support offer any real help, save the headache.

When reviews are (mostly) so positive, and being a fan of the Wansview App anyway, I was easily drawn towards this Cinnado Solar powered camera - and I was far from disappointed. Opened the box and found everything well packed and protected. Read the guide leaflet which leaves the odd question unanswered such as removing the click on mounting bracket by inserting a small flat head screwdriver into the slot. Also decided to charge up using usb cable prior to connecting. Good solid construction, well engineered, reassuringly positive click when attaching the camera.... Activating and using the camera was totally straightforard and everything worked perfectly. The pan angle was initially less than specified but went into " device management" and "calibrate PT console" which soon sorted that out.... Picture quality is excellent as is colour rendition - my red shirt did seem a trifle brighter than the real thing but other reds were fine so perhaps it's the shirt that is at fault.... Installed a fat32 formatted 64Gb card - again, no hiccups. The three preset motion detection settings all worked but difficult to test precisely... I prefer the manual setting facility with the "human" sensing turned on thus avoiding lots of potential spurious alarm triggers. The is also a selectable and adjustable "privacy area" which, I guess, must have it's benefits if you need to scramble a particulat area of a fixed view. Just need to cancel it before panning again. I also experimented with the solar panel which has a new (to me) and strong looking surface finish. On an overcast September day the panel charged charged well in the early morning light but I covered it up after about 6 hours to try and simulate mid winter conditions and found this was sufficient to maintain the battery level over 24 hours - didn't use the led lighting or alarms, just plain monitoring and b/w night pictures but it does bode well for all year round use without the need to top up the battery. Also worth mentioning - the pan and tilt motors are quiet and smooth operators and the position memory facility (with labelling facility) is really useful too. Lots more to find but I am really impressed with this camera.....

The camera is good, but only on sunny days. In winter or on cloudy days, it's useless; it doesn't charge. It can only be used as a deterrent. If I want it to monitor, I have to remove it from the wall and charge it indoors. If it runs out of battery because there's no light or weather, it doesn't work.😟

Bought two of these camera plus solar panel kits to install over the drive and the front of the house. Firstly they’re incredibly easy to install and then connect to your home or other network via the downloadable app. The camera is feature packed and includes the ability to be able to pan & tilt the camera to set up your perfect view or monitor an incident. You can talk through the cameras speaker or sound an alarm if needed, and can listen too through the inbuilt microphone. The image quality is very good for a camera so keenly priced and its nighttime infra red picks out the detail very well in the darkness. There are lots of options and different customisable settings to suit everyone and again customising the camera is so easy through your phone. Incident detection with alerts to your phone or device is possible together with extended features through a reasonably priced subscription package. Whilst this is an extra option you don’t need to subscribe to enjoy all of the benefits of this setup. Really pleased with my two and would recommend this kit.
