The tablets not dissolving!!
We bought this last time and it looked fake or it was Old, the tablets wete not dissolving, wr had to smash it with spoon and stir until it dissolve. Usually original Miele tablets are not like that!

I’ve been using these Miele Descaling Tablets with my Miele automatic coffee machine, and they’ve worked flawlessly. They effectively remove limescale and mineral buildup, helping to maintain the machine’s performance and the quality of the coffee. The tablets are easy to use - just follow the on-screen prompts, and the descaling process runs smoothly. When it comes to cleaning and protecting an expensive coffee maker like the Miele CM6, I will not even entertain the idea of using a non branded descaler. I have had the CM6 for several years now and descale/degrease it every time it prompts me to do so. I have never had an issue with the cleaning power of the tablets, and they seem to clean the apparatus effectively.
