Grandma's dilemma.
I gave used always pads for a long time. Started with the panty linersand then up to these. My only gripe is the amount of adhesive they use. Many times I have used one that doesn't adhere to my underwear. The front and back ends and also the wings. I have had pads that don't have any adhesive on the top inch and back inch, making it hard to keep in place.
