Can i apply this everywhere on my face - including eyelids, under eyes, ears, neck etc?

Yes, it is non stinging, I have very sensitive eyes and gently patted it around the eyes.

Can anyone tell me if this sun cream stings the eyes when it gets hot

I wore it in very hot weather and have sensitive skin , it didn't sting my eyes.

Does this have a five star uva rating?

I can’t see any info about star rating … it’s described as ultra high protection again uva and uvb plus blue light from devices .

Does anyone use this as a substitute for a moisturizer?

Yes I do I don't use any mousturiser for the day apart from this and I have dry prone skin. I still use my Nivea hyaluron cellular filler night cream though.
