Very very useful product. First of all it's heavy and easy to use to reduce belly fat. Installation is very easy and provided guidance book as well. Has calories and timers and other things display. Very unique design and study and heavy also gripping is soft and comes with knee pad

It is good overall but I will say the built quality of handle is not upto the expectation. Its value for money. If your hand don't sweat much then grip is also good. Easy to use. And U will feel it effective when using.
