This was easy to install it is a large cat/ dog flap ( we have a large chunky cat) we wanted to keep other cats out so this does the trick.The only problem is our cat will go out of it but will not come back in through it, he does not like the fact that he has to put his head through a short tunnel 0nly about 3" deep.It is a sturdy product and the flap is very clear so your pet can see out.

My cat can now eat his food in peace! He definitely seems calmer and more relaxed.An excellent concept, works well and keeps intruders out.I have a large 6.5kg bengal and he appeciates the larger aperture to get in and out of.His little cat friend who likes to sneak into the house when we're away is not happy that her plans have been foiled!

This is a great pet flap which I use to let my Jack Russell go in and out when he pleases. Good quality, well made, with lots of features. Only problem is that it won't detect my dogs microchip so I need to put the supplied tag on his collar which is a bit irritating because I paid extra specifically for this feature. I thought maybe it was where it was located so tried my mums dog through it aswell but it doesn't detect his one either. It's a great flap and I would buy it again but don't rely on it picking up your pets microchip.

Great product that also caters for the larger cat. Took a few days for them to get used to it but now going in and out with ease. Although higher in price to others its worth spending the extra money to get all the facilities and the reliability.

I am on my third one of these. They are expensive but good.I like that they are battery powered so you dont need a power supply. Battery life for my three cats is about six months.Not particularly easy to set, if you want to change the opening and closing times. The clock only goes forward not back ( so if you want to change your close time from 7pm to 6pm you have to keep your finger on a button and run the time through 23 hours, it's a pain in the but)Dirt gets in to the mechanism and it is not easy to clean.You fit this from outside not in !! I broke in to my own house by taking it out, but that's another story.It has some design flaws but is a good product.

This is my Third catflap I’ve had into the kitchen which I’ve had 14 years ,I replaced it to the same as I’ve found it’s excellent . It’s easy to install,Easy to add chip ,I have 4cats it great to know only your cats can come in &out without letting stray cats in also have one into the garage as one cat likes to stay outside at night and it’s somewhere else she can go day or night, would highly recommend.

Worked fine over Christmas then one day the LCD gave up

Had this for a while now, it doesn’t stop other cats from coming in! As it allows any animal to leave (for safety?) this allows a animal to use its paw to pull open the cat flap and come in. There is no way to engage the locks to stop this happening without completely locking the flap meaning your pet can’t leave, so then it’s useless.Really disappointed in it for the price
