I don't eat fish of any kind (hate it) so lacking omega 3 means I suffer from dry eyes. I had been taking "fancier" Omega 3 for a while, one that my optometrist recommended, but when I visited my family doctor a few months ago, he said that is just wasting my money. He said anything reputable works just fine. So I got this and have been taking since mid December (about 10 weeks now) and have noticed my eye moisture does feel a bit better, even in the dead of winter when humidity is at an all-time low. I'm taking it in combination with improving lifestyle choices (diet, exercise, more water) so maybe its a combination of factors, but I do feel it is helping somewhat. There is zero fishy taste or aftertaste / burps. I can attest to that for sure. I wish they were a little smaller as they're a bit large to swallow, but that's the case with all Omega-3 that I've taken haha. I recommend it. It's like 40% the price of the "fancy" stuff I was taking and, if anything, it feels more effective. EDIT: APRIL 2025 As the bottle gets older, it does seem to get more fishy. 120 softgels and there are about 20 left, and the bottle stinks when I open it. Plus just touching one capsule and my fingers stink of fish now. I think the coating gets weaker... if you take one a day, the final month is a bit rough....

I have bought this product countless times. It comes at a reasonable price and the dosage is nice and high for someone who takes upwards of 3000 mg a day. You need fewer of the 900 mg capsules, as opposed to more of the smaller gelcaps, to make up the high dosage (I take a total of 2700 a day but not all at once). It's made up of a high level of DHA and EPA, the omegas that have been recommended to me. This one goes down easily despite being very large, and I don't often taste any fishy after-taste or effects such as burping. In the heat of summer, if I don't keep these refrigerated, I find they sometimes smell of fish, but this isn't a consistent problem, and doesn't prevent me from reordering this particular product, as it comes with the territory with fish oils. I highly recommend this omega.

I like to include these Omega for heart and brain function in my daily regime. Any helping hand is a win win for me. They don't upset my stomach nor do they have any ill effects. With 120 soft gels per bottle with 900mg, recommended one a day. The expiry date is clearly stamped on the bottom giving me a three year best before date. They are easy to swallow but yes they are a big pill, but being a soft gel capsule they go down easily. . It's a win win when it comes to my health. I hope this helps.
