I’m a sweater and it certainly absorbs a lot of it and helps keep the sweat off my face while wearing my helmet. My only complaint is that it’s a little loose. I mean it’s not made for someone with a smaller head. I wear a hat size of 7 & 5/8, or 55cm and it won’t stay put when I remove my helmet. Not a deal breaker, just wish it could be a tad bit tighter. It’s light weight and provides a nice comfort barrier between my helmet and my hair. No more pulling as I put my helmet on and off. I can’t speak on longevity as I just started using it, but the build quality seems good. With nice and tight stitching along the seams. All in all a good enough product for what I wanted it for, and I would say get one if you just want something to soak up some sweat and help protect your head from severe helmet hair.
