It took us a while to decide what machine to get and I'm so glad we chose this one. Not only is it super cute, but it's quiet. Now they refuse to use a regular litter box anymore! They love having fresh poop every time they use it. The container is a perfect size and I can go many days before having to change it. I love the large amount of litter bags, deodorizer, and dustpan that comes with it. Some say that automatic litters are hard to monitor the cats' poop, but that's not true. I can still see it if I need to because the litter box isn't completely sealed and the app lets me know when it's been used and how often. And there's an app! It's super easy to set up and communicates with the machine very quickly. Definitely worth the splurge!!

works well, cleans after cat goes in and out. probably because im using sand, but clumps of hardened sand get stuck on the mat, just a disclaimer. even with the hose going out of the window, it stinks. the air around the whole litter box smells, still better than a regular one though. only one person can connect to it on the app, and you cant find it when trying to manually connect a device. was trying to find those deodorant things but couldnt find them anywhere, even when claiming the warranty. cat learned to use it pretty fast, just put some used litter in there. easy to clean, wish the garbage bags closed all the way on the sides so theres no chance for spillage when replacing. instructions are very easy to follow, love that they tell you how to clean dirty litter, how to clean all the litter, and that they lock the panel so you don't accidentally press a button. like title says, it works good and im glad i got it, but i wouldnt spend $300 on another one of these

I was excited to receive this product. Setup was really easy. I like that it comes with 2 grates. We use a pellet litter that wouldn’t go through the slotted grate. We changed it to the larger hole grate and the pellets went through with ease. I was impressed with how quiet the unit is. By using charcoal deodorizer packs, I haven’t had need to try the fan yet but I see how that could be useful if someone has multiple cats and high odors. We have two cats but high odor isn’t a problem for us. We leaned on the top of the unit and the error light went on and nothing would work. I tried everything I could think of…unplugged it, took the top off and reset the drum, moved it and reset the legs and nothing was working. Then we downloaded the app and were able to reset the unit using the app. We laughed. We haven’t had a problem since. The app is great and easy to use. I like how it tracks our cats usage, even letting us know by weight which cat is in. That was good to watch when they were just getting used to the unit and weren’t so sure of it. Now it is great for all of us. No more scooping litter is the best thing ever!

It is easy setup and app connectivity. It runs smoothy and quietly. The waste tray is easy to empty The space is wide enough for our big cat. The app can track the cat's behavior, like how many times it uses the bathroom and the weight.

For those of us out there that would prefer a push button operation, most self cleaning machines require you to download and use their software on your cell phone.Reasonably programmable to adjust to cats litter schedule needs but needs to be adjusted for specific excrement times for each cat. Two out of three of our cats used it with no problem but one of our more skittish cats that tested the waters by going in and out tripped the sensor so the machine started cleaning with no feces detected, ultimately frightening the feline and preventing her from going in the litter box. Would recommend programming to allow enough time in between for cats to go as the mechanism will start self cleaning and takes a while before being used again.Lastly, the device came with plenty of reusable bags but difficult to find the correct odor eliminator that suits the machine.

The smart cat liter box is life changing if you have cats. It's especially convenient when you need to be gone for more than a day, makes life easier by not having to scoop 2-3x a day, cleaner than a basic litter box, and definitely better for odor. It works great for a great price compared to competitors!!!
