Terrible!
I've learnt more about PDEs from the Schaums outline for "Differential Equations" than this disorganised mess! Unfortunately, I'm still struggling to find a good graphical guide to solving PDEs, so can't recommend anything just yet

Average
I was fairly disappointed with this book. It seems to lack depth, and hardly touches on many of the topics that come up on your average undergraduate PDE course (although it might be of use to engineering students). You should get Strauss' classic 'PDE An Introduction' instead.

excellent!!
This book is excellent ! Essential bit complete! It analyzes all topics related to PDEs. In this way is very useful for both graduated than undergraduated.
