Used for 2018 Ram 1500 eco diesel. Screen delaminated for almost two years but last month the screen started doing ghost touching and making the unit unusable. The one I received came in a well protected box. The back of the new lcd did not came with label like the oem. It took a bit to install due to removing the old sticky ooze that came off the oem lcd and wear gloves. Also have alcohol ready to wipe off the ooze. YouTube have a few videos that help me remove and reinstalling the screen easily. Powered on with no hickup, screen looks way better than oem. Initial test off most of the buttons works so far. Time will tell is this will last. My other main gripe are the two top corner screws at the top. They will not go in any farther. Did not want to force it and just left it . I bought amazon insurance just in case. Warning be careful when removing the quick small disconnects for the radio. I broke one but came back on no problem. For the money this one is good, supposedly the #2 version , there’s a 3rd gen already but opted for this one and bought an insurance.

Worked and fit perfectly, good value and quality for the price. Highly suggest a screen protector though.

Just as described. Easy installation it was plug and play. Screen works just like original. So far no issues. It has been about 3 weeks

I installed this screen 11 months ago, it looks good, all touch works, but the screen scrambles from time to time and goes black. It is not the radio as all features on the radio work, radio, voice commands etc, anything I can do without touch as I can’t see where to touch. So it is the screen itself. It will stay that way then come back on its own, usually after I shut the truck off and it sits for a while. If I shut it off and start it again it stays the same, so sometime needs to go by. Not sure why, maybe the edge lighting or controller unit within the screen overheats. Again it is not the radio it worked fine prior to this screen being installed. With only 30 days to exchange it is not a good choice. Speed the extra money and go with a more reliable screen.

It was easy to install and worked for a while but after a couple months the screen started to go black instead of coming on. The seller sent me a new product to replace the malfunctioning one at no cost to me. Excellent customer service.

Works amazing! It’s a bit time consuming to take the module then swap the touch screen but if you take your time it will look amazing. It’s bright, it’s basically OEM as well. Use plastic tools to help remove the dash covers.

Fits perfectly. Works perfectly. Haven't had any issues so far. Looks clean compared to the original screen from the glue melting and running down.
