Muddy Buddies Peanut Butter and Chocolate Snack Mix, Snacks, 9 oz

I usually make this snack myself, so when I saw it already made, I was sold — and it did not disappoint. The peanut butter and chocolate combo is perfect, and the sweetness is just right (it does have a higher sugar content, as expected for this type of snack, but nothing surprising). The 9 oz size is great for sharing or a few snack sessions. Everything tasted fresh, not stale at all, and had that soft, coated crunch I was looking for. For the convenience and taste, I’d say it’s definitely good value for the money, especially compared to making it from scratch. Overall: Fresh, sweet, and super convenient — I’ll be buying again.

These are a Personel fave. So sweet and crunchy. Can’t beat it. I don’t even have to cook it. Woo hoo. It’s quality product. It keeps ya coming before back for more. It’s the perfect ratio of sweet and salty. A variety of flavors due to several layers of yumminess. A great crunch. It also has a perfect sized bag with a good amount that you can carry it with you during the day to indulge as needed. The sugar oh the sugar.

Love this snack! You get salty and sweet combined! It is a great portion size too! So addictive it is hard to go by the portion size, but well worth it! Quality of this snack is great!

Chex Mix Muddy Buddies Peanut Butter & Chocolate is one of those snacks that disappears way too fast in my house. The mix has that perfect balance of sweet, salty, and crunchy—the powdered coating gives you that classic Muddy Buddies flavor, and the peanut butter–chocolate combo is just as addictive as you’d expect. The texture is great: light, crisp pieces with a generous coating that doesn’t taste artificial or overly sweet. It’s the kind of snack you reach for “just one more handful,” and suddenly the bag is gone. The 9‑ounce size is convenient for sharing, road trips, or keeping in a desk drawer, though honestly it never lasts long enough to store. If you love peanut butter and chocolate together, this is an easy win. It’s tasty, satisfying, and hits that nostalgic homemade Muddy Buddies vibe without any of the work.

These are very tasty; however, saying these are "peanut butter" is a bit of a misnomer. They were manufactured with peanut butter Chex, which, by the way, contains "peanut butter" as the 4th major ingredient. The rest of the ingredients after this are mostly vitamins and minerals. Peanut butter Chex doesn't really taste like peanut butter, at least to me. I love peanut butter and could eat it every day for every meal and not get tired of it. My point is that these taste like chocolate covered Chex. If they had more of a peanut butter taste, I'd give it 5 stars. I took a star off for the lack of peanut butter taste and flavor. If you buy these for the "peanut butter," you may be disappointed.

We love these, they are rather sweet so have to watch serving size to not overload on sugar.

I lOVE, LOVE, LOVE THIS STUFF! I've begun putting them into snack sized bags, to prevent me from munching on the entire bag mindlessly. I wasn't able to eat these in the past, due to celiac disease. But, now they are being made gluten free, without wheat. I wish they would change the Strawberry flavor to gluten free. I've tried several different recipes for Muddy Budies/Puppy Chow, but it's no where near as good as these. The flavor of the powdered sugar on the snack mix, really sets off the peanut butter/chocolate taste. When your tongue hits the powdered sugar, there's like a flavor burst in your mouth. Then, the peanut butter/chocolate taste hits. Ooh La La! I hope they never stop making these. Note, while the allergy warning, does say it "may contain wheat" I have never had my celiac's set off with the new recipe. I highly recommend this snack mix. While these are no healthfoods, they're ccertainly a yummy occasional treat to add to a healthhy diet. Thank you for reading my review.
