The high-quality water soluble formula includes ultra-fine polymers for improved surface penetration and strong adhesion when sealed with NewLook SmartSeal or other compatible sealers. The TiqueWash powder is mixed with water to create a secondary highlight, a translucent color wash that runs off high spots and settles in the low spots of textured concrete. Use TiqueWash to restore the color of faded concrete or create an antique color finish for stamped concrete. Thoroughly clean the concrete surface before applying TiqueWash. Remove existing sealer and other foreign materials using NewLook EasyStrip and NewLook Mean Klean Concrete Degreaser. Using the included measuring cup, mix into a separate bucket one to three scoops of TiqueWash powder (depending on desired color intensity) with one gallon of clean water. Pre-moisten the surface with water to help ensure color consistency and proper settling of the pigments. Spread the TiqueWash mixture across the surface with a NewLook Applicator Brush or clean push broom. Apply a liberal and uniform amount of material. The patio is about 500sqft and colored dark grey. I stripped the sealer off the concrete and applied this per the instructions. I knocked out the whole patio in less than 30 minutes once I started applying and I still have about half of the dry powder left. I used a soft bristle brush like you can get a Home Depot or Lowes. There were a couple areas that didn't look natural because I messed up on the brush strokes, but I misted a little water in a high arc from the hose and it made the strokes go away. Hopefully I'll never have to refinish a patio again, but if I do, I'll use this stuff. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great product for Stamped concrete *by M***R on Reviewed in the United States on November 4, 2021* I really like this product. It works very well. Do apply it with the broom technique. We have always applied Equlid sealers after these desired colors. It is only not a five star bc; price constantly has gone up, shipping price is out of control, shipping is slow, and now the reusable sealable bucket is no longer included.
