Akira Toriyama's groundbreaking, iconic, best-selling series now in an omnibus edition! Dragon Ball introduces a young monkey-tailed boy named Goku (a wry update of the classic Chinese "Monkey King" legend), whose quiet life changes when he meets a girl named Bulma who is on a quest to collect seven "Dragon Balls." If she gathers them all, an incredibly powerful dragon will appear and grant her one wish. But the precious orbs are scattered all over the world, and Bulma could use the help of a certain super-strong boy... Son Goku has made it to the Tenka’ichi Budokai, the world’s number-one martial arts tournament, where the competitors vie for the title of “Strongest Under the Heavens.” Goku may have strength on his side, but even the training of martial arts master Kame- Sen’nin hasn’t prepared him for what he’s about to face. Only seven finalists remain, each with their own special moves. Will the champion be Goku? His fellow student Kuririn? Yamcha, the master of “Fist of the Wolf Fang”? Fighting woman Ran Fuan? Giran, a rubbery monster who’s part dinosaur? Namu, an Indian mystic? Or Jackie Chun, the mysterious old man who may be the toughest fighter of all? Review: I like it - It's a great manga. But i'd prefer the single volumes Review: Good - Good

great comics
i think this is the second book- i believe it starts with the world martial arts contest thing.. these comics are actually better than the tv show and some of the humor seems pretty much for adults but its totally cute and i think its fine for like 13 and up

Exactly what I expected for the price.
Normal mass produced book. No issues with that. Shipped in good condition. Very funny story. I love early Toriyama.

Dragon Ball
Though I think the singles/box sets of this series are the main go to, but I think for those that want to save space and conserve on the boxes then the omnibus edition would be a great choice. The item’s condition overall was good since there are slight dings and dents but for me since I buy to read it does not bother me as long as I can read it then it’s fine, but I include this as a precaution. Either way, I do appreciate the seller for getting this to me quickly and at least in a box than traditional Amazon bubble packaging .

Good product!
Son is on a DragonBall kick, and he asked for comics. This is on a book style, and it written in a comic style. You also read it from the back cover to the front. Will buy the remaining volumes as he finishes them!

I enjoy reading Dragon Ball. If you want to have all collection of manga, 3 in 1 volumes will be the best option.
