This is a great clip-on monitor for allowing use of two monitors when traveling, and the 14” size is like working on two full screens so views aren’t minimized. The resolution is crisp and the colors vivid. It’s easy to set up and use. I also like the carrying case because you can’t travel with the monitor attached (or your laptop won’t close), so the case provides protection. I’d definitely recommend this monitor to extend your view while traveling, it makes working on the road much easier!

If you travel for work or sometimes need to work remotely this screen will change your life and increase your productively. I had just recently purchased the "triple screen" for my home computer and have found some flaws with it which is why i decided to purchase this one on Prime day.The set up is just as easy as the triple if not easier since there is only one screen to hook up. Also, the way this one holds with pressure to your laptop is way better than the other design I have.The reason I made this purchase was that the USB-C ports are both taken up on my laptop with the triple screen not allowing for me to have it charging at the same time. The screens do pull decent power so about after 1.5 hours I would have to unplug one of my screens to plug in my charger (USB-C).With this screen there is no need for it! It only uses one port, leaving the other open for charging when needed. It also is less in the way of taking up space when having the monitor opened. It displays everything correctly and gives me the additional screen I always miss when not at the office.It is also light weight and has a nice protective sleeve that comes with it. If you are a traveler/remote worker and can't handle only having one screen like me. I highly recommend that you invest in one of these screen extenders as they are a game changer for working in remote places.

I've been using it for several months and love the utility of a second screen on my laptop. I predominately work from home, so this gives the functionality of my office desk.It sets up easily and is sturdy, however the laptop and extention screen need to be on a tabletop....it would be heavy and unbalanced to use on your lap. Laptop hinges are designed for the weight of the built in screen, and the extension doubles that weight....the product has a small extendable "foot" to counter that, although mine will stay upright if I have the extension tilted in at a particular angle (balanced a bit).There is no ability to fold this screen against the laptop....you must remove it to close the laptop. I use the extension only periodically, so this works for me. Other designs adhere to the back of the laptop screen and fold flat, but that permently doubles the weight of the laptop. This device fits neatly into my briefcase with the laptop. It is powered by the laptop so impacts battery life, but not as much as I expected.Control button is not intuitive and menu has terms not familiar to this layman, but this seems common with most screens and TVs. I have been successful making needed adjustments, it was just a bit of trial and error.If you only occassionally desire a second screen, this is a great product for your needs. The person that always wanted a second screen may find the set up too burdensome and should look to a different design.

I got this portable monitor for when I was away from the office. It is light in weight and well made, it comes with a carrying case if you can't fit it into your computer bag.I only use the USB and HMI cables to connect as I don't have a spare USB-C port, but it is easy to connect and the cables have coloured tags that make connecting easy. The picture quality is very good and the colours vibrant.The frame of the monitor folds in like a book that protects the screen when being transported, when folding out you clip it onto the back of your own screen and is held firmly in place, there are rubber mounts on four corners to stop it slipping off and to not damage your computer.It really was plug and play, straight from the box, it carried out the auto setup with no problems and it was up and running giving me the two screens that I needed within minutes.I am very happy with this, so much so I told a colleague who got one himself to use and is pleased with its operation.A great price for being able to add an extra screen to your laptop, would recommend it for anyone requiring an extra screen on the go.

This item is extremely helpful. I update our local HOA website and I am constantly changing tabs to get to the information I need to look up or copy. Using this extension, I am able to easily slide my email tab from my open web browser to the extra portable monitor. It was cheap, easy enough for anyone to use it, and clips neatly to my laptop. It was so much better to use this portable monitor rather than spending money on a regular-sized monitor. I am very happy with this product. It looks higher than my laptop, but it is eye level. It is held securely.
