Evidently the chip on the black toner was defective. They helped me to diagnose the problem and they are shipping a replacement cartridge. Unfortunately it wasn't shipped 2nd Day or Next Day.Otherwise the print quality of these cartridges seems to be equal to the originals. :-)UPDATE: The replacement cartridge arrived as expected and it all works fine with good quality! I'm upgrading my review from 3 stars to 4 stars. :-)

I was excited to receive my ink today. I print out many books and am currently in DIRE need of yellow ink.... I ordered TWO sets. Well, what do you know. With my luck, BOTH boxes had EMPTY yellow toners. The most important toner needed and they are BOTH empty... I went on to check the other cartridges.... The blue one worked just fine... it wasn't filled all the way to the top, but it was close enough. I then put in the red toner... what do you know, another EMPTY one. I couldn't continue to frustrate myself with this madness so I put it all back into the box and will be shipping it back tomorrow morning!! I ordered two individual sets and not just one but both of them had empty toners.. I wish you better luck!

I've used other non HP toner in the past.I bought this to replace the yellow in late May 2021. By August, the yellow was causing stripes on every color page printed.I replaced the blue a few days ago and no problems yet.I ordered a different brand to replace the yellow & the yellow problem is fixed.I replaced the black today & the top of every page now has a gray bar.I've been using non hp cartridges for years and have never had a problem.I won't buy this brand again

I was skeptical about buying OEM ink but I read all the positive reviews and thought I was just being too chicken and at so much less than HP, it couldn’t be THAT bad. WRONG. I only used the cyan toner and sure enough, blue streaks in every print out. So sad because I was looking forward to the savings.

Purchased in September 2018 and installed between January and May of 2019 as my HP cartridges ran empty. Within a few pages, the black cartridge started streaking and I was shipped a replacement. Now, at less than 1,200 pages printed, the magenta is starting to streak. The cost might be attractive, but the frustration far outweighs the value.

Received the product today already put the cyan and yellow into my printer and it works greatttt... no difference from the HP brand at all.. quality is beyond amazing... saved my self 600.00 hopefully I don’t have a problem with the other toners so far so good... HP toner on the right bag and this brand toner on the left no difference

I thought they would be as good as knock offs I bought in the past.The magenta just failed, after about 10% of what it should have lasted.I started getting pink streaks on everything. I put the empty original HP back in, and no streaks.At least it prints black.Very disappointed in magenta.Hope the other cartridges last much better

The toner that came with my printer was great, but when I switched to this toner, everything came out with a slight puke green tint. I decided to spend the money on official HP toner and when I put the official toner in, colors started coming out looking good again.
