Peptides Made Simple
As someone who's been dipping my toes into biohacking for the past year, this book was a game-changer. The author breaks down over 35 peptides in a way that's straightforward and not overwhelming. I loved the sections on dosing and cycling—finally, I feel confident stacking them for better recovery after workouts. If you're in the fitness world like me, this is a must-read!

Great information and easy to understand
This book houses a ton of information. It includes roughly 30 pages of citation stating where the research came from which I really appreciate. There are some peptides in here that I wish had more information. For example, 5 amino 1MQ is only talked about in pill form and I wish there was information about the injectable form.I thought the price of the book was pretty steep, and that would probably be my biggest complaint. I am grateful that the author took the time to compile this information.
