I had no idea what to buy, I took a chance with this one. It really works! After cleansing your face and applying lotion. Cut pieces to apply to area. I used this on my forehead at night ( pieces are reusable) and the lines are no longer visibly prominent. Can be used around mouth to soften lines, apply in an upward motion. I find best if applied over night.
