After reading the reviews, I carefully inspected the fountain for damage. Sure enough mine is broken top of barrel. I guess if UPS would have followed the this end up, maybe it would have turned out differently. Assembly was a breeze, and I'm an older lady. I am going to keep the fountain. Really cute and I love the water sound. Getting out my Gorilla glue. Update August 29 2020: My fountain is slowly falling apart. The bottom barrel that had a slight crack now has pieces breaking off. How won’t hold them. Save your money and buy something else! Update. I contacted the company and they free of charge shipped me a new fountain last summer. Update 2021. I received my replacement so I put it away for this year. Very happy! Thank you Alpine.

I thought this would look good with some whiskey barrels I stained. The product is exactly as described in terms of size and style. It looks great to me and the materials feel weighted and sturdy. The highest flow setting was a little splashy. But the middle flow rate was perfect. Thanks for the great product at a great price 😎

The water fountain was a beautiful addition to our outdoor patio. We enjoyed it while the pump worked. Suddenly after about two months the pump died. I reached out to the manufacturer and after a few months they emailed back to assist. I was hoping to receive a replacement motor but they very kindly sent me a brand new fountain. It looks beautiful and works perfectly. Kudos to the customer support team!

I love this! It is a lot smaller than i thought but it fits perfect indoors by my plants. It does splash a little even with the lowest setting. It is loud water fall for a small fountain. It looks like a good quality but a bit cheap when you hold it. Its light and easy to put together. In the pic I've attached shows how i have tried to make it look like a jungle type thing im still working on it but i love it. Just wish it wasn't so loud.

Quality does not qualify for this item. Looked somewhat cheap and it was. Got it out of the box and something was rattling around inside of it. I looked for damage but did not find any or where that piece came from. After that I stood it on a flat counter and found it was far from level and wobbled. So far nothing good yet with this fountain, lets add water and see if it works, added water and it was nothing short of a waterfall coming out from the bottom! Needless to say packed her back up and promptly returned it to Amazon. I do not recommend this item.

This fountain was just what I was looking for to add a relaxing mood on our patio. Not to small or to large. The sound of the water cascading from one level to the next is very relaxing. Very well made and attention to detail makes this a great value. I would consider buying this fountain for the perfect housewarming gift or for anyone that enjoys time relaxing outside. CUSTOMER SERVICE was awesome!! Communicated through text messaging. Responded quickly and handled my issue completely and very professional. This means a lot today when so many of us buy online. Looks kinda real and well made. Really good sound The only dislike is no On/Off switch. Must unplug or hood to a switch. We used a power strip with a switch.

I love how it looks overall and it's a nice size, however I had to superglue the handle because it broke in two in my hand as I was removing the overwrap. Secondly, it splashes over quite a bit so putting it on the counter in our shop is not working out as expected. If it's for outdoor use it would be ok, but if you want this for ambience inside your business, prepare for overspray at all times regardless of how long it's running or how you place the rocks etc.

The only problem with the fountain is that the only way to turn it off is by unplugging it from the wall. Could use an on/off switch on the back. The opening for the pump is a little small for big hands.Other than that the fountain is very soothing and easy on the eyes! Very satisfied with our purchase.

This is now up and running at my friends house, she is delighted with it.

I bought it for my dogs to drink from it. Unfortunately I did not measure the barrel and it is way too small for the dogs and also it needed to refilled all the time. Did not work for me. Overall it is a cute litte fountain, wish it would be bigger
