I bought this kit knowing that I wasn't going to use the included brake pads because of all the negative comments I heard about them squealing. That being said, I will say the quality of the rotors seems pretty good for the money that you pay. After doing the break-in of the rotors I've had zero problems. I've had them for several thousand miles and they are performing excellent. In a parking lot they are a little grabby at low speeds. I put these on in the middle winter and did not notice any braking issues and have encountered no problems with the traction control or abs. These are definitely worth every penny. I paired them up with a set of power stop pads and have had zero noise.

Love the brakes did have a order issue rear rotors didnt come with my package. The seller contacted me and worked through it with me. I was able to get my rear rotors sent to me. I would recommend this brand for anyone. Not only for quality product but also the sellers are quick to reply and help resolve issues. 10/10 recommend!

i have purchased these brakes for my 2016 huyndai tucson 2 days later after installed them they start making noises whenever i push the brake pedal they are noisy they are bad quality

Original review 8/7/24: Detroit axle products have never failed me.. Between wheel hub assemblies on my old 02 Ford ranger 4x4 to this brake kit on my awd 2017 hyundai tucson 1.6t limited.. Installed on 8/3 and it's been 4 days with 739 miles on the kit so far. I replaced R1 concepts cross drilled and slotted kit for my tucson with detroit axle's kit. R1 concept brake kit lasted just under 30k miles and the inner front rotors were warped to crap to the point steering wheel vibration was very intense at times during highway braking.. smh.. Hoping for a better result with DA as companies should never cheap out on braking components lol.. Easy install you can do it yourself if you feel comfortable and have a basic socket and general tool set, ratchet and torque wrench. The kit comes with perfectly fitting hardware, brake fluid and brake clean which is alway fantastic! Minus 1 star because I specifically purchased this 4-wheel kit but only received the front rotors but yet received front and rear pads. To be fair, they did refund me approx 70$ but nevertheless I now need to buy the rears separately from some other company I don't yet trust for another 90$+... Will update as time/mileage goes on as this is my daily driver frequently driving from Hartford to Boston or NYC, changes daily. This kit may seem unnecessary and may seem to be only reserved for sports cars but you'll definitely notice the difference when you're cruising on the highway at 80mph+ and have to abruptly slow down or stop especially during commuting. Had similar kits on my camry, 5-series, elantra and both my current tucsons. They brake so well I've become nervous of the people directly behind me but I never tail - worth the note!

So far doing really well and still no rust. Makes a massive difference on braking. Our Pacifica had that brake issue that’s documented how it takes more brake pressure than it should to stop the vehicle. Took the van from Ohio to VB which is a lot of very long and steep hills. I was very satisfied with these brake kits.
