I am constantly needing some sort of medical treatments for my cats as they test the 9 lives theory often. This wound treatment gel is easy to get out and because it is a gel it spreads out over the area your treating without a lot of rubbing or smearing. Also because it is a gel, I feel it soaks in and drys faster than a cream and so the help it's giving won't just be rubbed off on everything they rub against. Cats do not like being held against their will for any reason, much less to put something on them, especially if they are hurt. So the fact I can get this out and on without having to unscrew anything is great. This is for minor issues, but it really does help with the many ouches they manage to get. I wish this was bigger as it is pretty small. Hopefully, soon there is a larger option, because this really helps and a wound treatment being safe for cats is not easy to find.

Searched Amazon for ANIMAX and this product came up so I stupidly ordered it. Small scratches on my cat’s ear are worse than before I used this junk! Go to your vet as I SHOULD have done!! Amazon wants the product returned….probably to sell to another unsuspecting sucker! As my vet said, “never buy medicine on the internet” especially when it’s manufactured in KOREA!!!!!Shame on AMAZON !!!!!

I wonder what's in it? I must say that it certainly does speed up the normal healing process. My pups are always coming home with scratches and (play) bites from the park. I put this on the marks very sparingly and I must say it helps heal it faster than anything else I've used. The only issue is that I don't know what's in it and considering the price tag I'd prefer to know for sure. Also, I'm not really using it for anything serious and I think that is what it's meant for. If my pup had a serious open wound I'd use this in a heartbeat. In our situation of minor scratches it's a bit of an overkill.

As this is an "emergency" kind of product, I only just got to use it recently when a stray cat we feed showed up with his neck torn up, from what, I don't know.. I was happy to see that this uses all natural ingredients and he didn't seem to react in any bad way when it was applied. It was a much smaller bottle than I expected but the spray top made it easy to apply and I'm confident it helped as he comes home often all beat up and this cut healed quicker than others in the past, for sure, and his hair is already growing back! So glad we had this!
