Just received my supplement, and tried it out. I mixed it with 1 liter (33.8 ounces) of water, and a scoop of the Key Nutrients Electrolyte recovery Cherry Pom. It tastes great, and dissolved well. Much better at mixing than the electrolyte lemonade powder (always end up with sediment)Anyway, what I wanted to address is the people commenting on pee strip results. The pee strips test for one thing...excreted ketones. Meaning, the test shows teh amount of ketones that your body is getting RID OF, not the amount your body is producing, or the amount that exist. SO, you take a BHB supplement and use a test strip. The results are what your body is getting rid of. When you're in natural ketosis, you excrete the excess that your body may be producing (at that time). Eventually, your body will halt at producing that excess, so your pee strips will start to show low, or even negative readings. Your body is using them all, so it's not getting rid of any.When you introduce "synthetic" ketones, more than likely, your body will not need them, and it will get rid of them...through your urine. I completely expect that if I do a pee test in about 20 minutes (drinking the concoction, now) I will show elevated amounts of ketones....being excreted.That being said....why did I order this? Because I'm at a stall in my weight loss. I've been hovering around the same weight for 4 or more weeks. I haven't cheated, I've tracked all of my macros, and I'm sure I'm in ketosis. The factor that has changed is that I began training for a 5k at the same time I stopped losing weight. I am hoping that the extra ketones might possibly "jump start" the weightloss again. MY only other option is to increase my caloric intake...which is difficult because I'm no longer hungry, very often. If I get added energy, and brain function, those are a plus.Please....once you are fat adapted, stop relying on the pee strips, they'll only drive you crazy with their false negatives. If you want accurate measurements of the ketones in your system, you must do blood testing.

Lemon Lime Sherbet 15 Servings I have bought this product over 3 times. I looked at about 30 different Keto Salt products and most of them have dangerously high imbalances of minerals. Many others will load their products with over 1g of potassium salts which isn't safe. This product has a near perfect balance of multiple salts instead of overloading with one. I saw some complaints on the product were related to volume inside the container, but it doesn't make a difference since its about 15 servings; par for the course for 99% of keto supplements...you aren't getting any less product. Also, with how fine the powder is, that extra volume in the container helps keep it from flying out all over the place which would result in loss of product.keto salts are notoriously bad tasting, so anyone getting hung up on taste should probably remember that any product is just going to try and mask this, but at some point there is only so much that can be done. It is a supplement, not a piece of candy and the less additives the better. Having said that, this is great. The citrus flavor is extremely good at covering up most of the bitterness to the point where I can't even taste it anymore. I have even tried coffee flavors in other brands and they don't even mask the flavor as well as this does. You shouldn't be sipping this stuff anyways, mix and drink, since letting it sit is going to cause it to break down more.The Price is excellent. There is maybe only 1-3 products like this on the market that will give you the safest balance of minerals, the serving size, and servings per container for consistently this price range. If you want a product with similar quality and structure, you are looking at spending $50 minimum or taking a chance on a brand that's a few dollars more than might not be as good, if you can even find one.If this product doesn't work for you, you probably aren't eating correctly to begin with- for real benefits, you need to be eating a keto diet consistently. Sure, it can help offset those cheat meals, but its not going to be much benefit if you eat lots of bread or high levels of carbs. You don't even need to be going that extreme on keto, you could get benefits with this product just eating around 40-60g a carbs a day; easy. Before deciding if it doesn't work, try experimenting with the lifestyle its designed to supplement.The only drawback, which doesn't exist currently, is the potential the price will go up. I know the company sells other products at higher price points, if they raised the price of this to the normal $50 range i'm not sure if i wouldn't look for something more affordable, even if i had to budge a little on the perks, 2 weeks of 1 supplement for $50 is just too high and loyalty certainly can be bought. As mentioned there are others, albeit only few, that are more expensive but still under that $50 range that can get the job done when managed correctly.All in all this is pretty much perfect, no practical complaints, any real problems would be related to the chemicals themselves which the company can't perform magic on to be anything more than what they are.

I think the product must work because when I am feeling crampy in my leg muscles and I use it, the cramps go away. As far as other things touted like brain clarity, energy, I do not know. Personally, I mix one scoop in a 24 oz. bottle of water and keep it in the frig. I live in AZ so it is hot here and when I'm busy around the house I sweat a lot. I find it great to for taking a swig throughout the day. It may take a day or several days to finish a bottle I mix up, but I do feel overall it helps with the muscle cramps with the added minerals that I probably can't consume enough of on this keto diet. I DO NOT LIKE THE TASTE. I can't decide if it's the sweetner used or the citrus flavor. I am not a citrus flavor person and it is imho too sweet and has a bit of an after taste. I always need to drink something else to get rid of the taste. As far as price goes, I would not buy this too often simply because it's expensive for only 15 servings. I don't feel the need to take it every day, so it is going to last longer, plus I do not drink a full serving at one time, it is better to sip it throughout the day or several days.
