Will the lower mop bucket shelf hold one of those large rubbermaid 32 or 44 gallon trash cans?

The 44 gallon trash can will hit the wet floor sign mount hooks. But, you know nothing says you can't cut off the hooks. They are plastic after all. You can also cut out a slot on the 44 gallon trash can where the the hooks are. Anyway, I design cleaning products for my job and sometimes I am asked to make things work by modification. If you are not inclined to modify anything then the 32 Gallon trash can is the best answer for you. Personally, I modify anything to suit my application. Have a great day!

The bucket shelf on the inside measures 18 inches x 18 inches. Keep in mind the back of the shelf has a curvature to it. Hope this helps.

Can you put a trash bag in the yellow bag and if so what size will i need

Yes you can. In fact it is deigned to use a liner. It will keep the yellow bag clean and in good condition and keep your staff from having to clean out the trash by hand.We used 80" by 60" trash liners. This wiil be very generous and once you pull the bag you can add additional trash and you will still have room to tie the bag. There is a special bracket at the opening to hold the bag in place and a zipper in the front for easy removal of the bag once full.
