Charger works as expected to charge both my insulin pump (Tandem Mobi) and iPhone. This wireless charger is a good value, is easy to set up and use, comes with a usb cord to plug it in (includes all necessary accessories), and is compatible with any q chargeable phone/device. It is compact and easy to transport and seems to be a good quality device - charging my phone quickly and completely.

Good product works great. Just wouldn't recommend using it on a headboard. Placement of phone has to be perfect or it won't charge properly.

To be clear, the wall adapter is NOT included. This charging base is smaller than it appears in the pictures. Jury is still out if this charges fast because I do not have a wall adapter to test it out. From what I can find there is not a wall adapter that can deliver 30 watts through the supplied USB A Cable. 18 watts is the fastest I can find for the supplied USB A cable. I would need a USB C cable which is also NOT included to hit the rapid charging at 30 watts. UPDATE: I paired this with this 45W wall adapter and purchased a quality USB C to USB C cable. Spent more than I wanted to in order to make this work.

Not a 30W wireless charger unless you have a 30W USB base. Plugged into the power hub on my desk, my phone at 35% would take 2hrs 48min to fully charge. And when I plugged it into a 15W smart block, phone initially said 1hr 10min, but went to just under 2hrs because the pad overheated. Inaccurate description and the one I opened and tried did not work properly.

Got this for my dad for dads day and he loved it. It's easy to use, quick charging, small compact size, he uses it for his apple phone so the connection and charge works great.

Very disappointed that this won't charge my TOZO Crystal Buds case.

The charger is turning on but not charging. I've followed the instructions given in the manual as well as here, with no success. The phone is a Samsung Galaxy A5. There should be no problem with the cell. Looking for some help here; would like to keep the charger rather than return it.
