Q: I know this isn’t a wetsuit but do they offer any warmth at all? Thanks!

Hi - no they are just like a pair of lycra leggings - also they are not chlorine resistant - so okay for occasional use in a pool - but will degrade. I bought them for my daughter who is a swimming coach and to be honest they only last a couple of months - that's not to say they aren't any good because she uses them 4-5 times a week.

Q: How do you know what size you are? The chart doesn't tell you what is the equivalent of 10, 12, 14 etc.

i bought a large and am a size 12 , should have bought a medium , the only thing with these leggings is they lose there shape very quickly and mine have gone really baggy once wet . They look horrible now . I wouldnt buy them again

Hi they are just thin like an ordinary pair of running leggings

Q: What size should i get for a uk 10?

I was a size 16 n got xl...am a size 14 now ( due to illness) wore them yesterday still ok but loose. So if your a size 10 n want them tight prob M would work.
