Awesome Speaker
This is a very sleek looking speaker. Works impressively well, great quality sound. Very easy to use and has a great battery life

Great sound
It gets loud. Was ez to operate but the Bluetooth connection took longer than most of my devices. Wish song titles would display and had a random or shuffle setting when using a micro sd card or flash drive. A lot larger than the portable speakers I've owned (JBL charge and UE mini boom) but it does sound better than them. It's good for 10+ hours at full charge. Comes with a longer shoulder strap and USB C cable. Good deal for under $40 with the features it has.

All about no bass, more treble
I’ve had quite a few Monster products over the last decade-and-a-half from speakers to headphones. This is the first disappointment. I did purchase it at a “limited time deal” so at 75% off, it’s hard to really complain, but if you’re paying full price or even half price, I’d recommend going elsewhere.Pros:• lightweight• clean form factor• rubber feet feel stable on a table• 2 carry straps (hand, shoulder)• can get loud• easy to connect• mid and treble are crisp• many source options: Bluetooth, Auxiliary, SD card, microphone, radio• with a SD card and microphone, there’s a record and playback feature (cant recall any speakers with this feature)Cons:• No bass… really, no bass• radio doesn’t pickup stations clearly (occasional static while listening to a station)Additional notes:• Have not tried the mic, requires 1/4 stereo plug• Have not tried SD card• Did not test battery duration• If you’re mainly using this for Bluetooth, there’s way too many buttons on top (buttons are to select songs from your SD card or radio stations)• The indoor/outdoor feature feels unnecessary, selecting “indoor” seems to just lower the volume scaleAll-in-all, for $35 I’m on the fence of keeping it. If it had any bass at all, I would definitely keep it. But listening to music on this, you don’t get the full experience… now that I’ve written this, I’m definitely returning. If you’re using this mainly as a voice amplifier (for teaching or leading a tour group), the $35 is worth it as the other features would be a bonus (and you probably wouldn’t have a recording option from other amplifiers)

Bad product.
When listening to audiobooks (the reason I purchased) the audio cuts out the first spoken word of a paragraph or after a brief pause from the narrator. I troubleshot with other speakers I own and they all work as they should without cutting off words. This being a replacement of the same model as before, I thought it was only a bad item in itself but it seems to be the entire model line. Not to mention it cuts off the first split second of every music track played. Very bad product.

Small, disappointing in sound
Blah. Disappointed. There is a reason why this speaker is on sale. First it's misleading. Looks bigger in advertising, smaller than an iPad. Sound lacks the quality for sure.
