I purchased the ARTCESAR replacement toothbrush heads (12 pack) as a more affordable alternative to the original brand, and they’ve worked really well. The heads fit my electric toothbrush perfectly and snap into place securely. The bristles feel comfortable but still clean effectively. They’re gentle on the gums and provide a good clean without being too harsh. After regular use, they’ve held up well and haven’t worn out quickly. Having 12 replacement heads is very convenient and offers great value. It’s nice not having to worry about replacements for a long time. Overall, these toothbrush heads do exactly what they’re supposed to do. Good fit, effective cleaning, and excellent value for the price. I would definitely buy them again.

This 12-pack is such a great deal! The soft bristles are gentle but still give a deep, precise clean. I love knowing I always have a fresh toothbrush head ready to go. They fit my Oral-B perfectly and work just like the original ones. Great quality at a much better price—highly recommend!

Per my dentist’s advice, I’ve been using Oral-B electric toothbrushes with Oral-B “sensitive gum care” brush heads for many years. I’ve had less gum bleeding and less plaque buildup between dentist visits, but this success comes at a significant cost. Oral-B brush heads cost about $6-7 each in packages of 3 or 4, and they last only about 6 weeks. So I’ve been looking for a suitable generic substitute. I thought the ArtCesar brush heads would be worth a try, as the manufacturer and several reviewers describe the brush heads as “soft”. And they cost 90% less than Oral-B!!! However, I found that the ArtCeasar brushes are not soft – they’re actually very stiff, and the blue bristles (which are longer than the green and white bristles), are very sharp until the brush has been used a few times. Also, during my first use, some of the bristles came off inside my mouth and got stuck between my teeth. This has NEVER happened with the Oral-B brushes. Also, the ArtCesar brushes are larger than Oral-B (see photos – Oral-B is on the left), and they vibrate much more, with much more noise. After a week with the ArtCesar brush, I switched back to Oral-B, and my three-times-daily brushing routine returned to being much more comfortable and pleasant. From my own perspective, I would have given the ArtCesar brushes one star. But I gave them 3 stars because they do offer significant cost savings for people willing to put up with their unpleasant deficiencies.
