Reputed to be on of the most returned toilet seats however I just fitted two and the fixing screws were around 8mm too long for the mounting insets in the toilets. I cut them down to correct size with a hacksaw and fitting was then relatively easy. Nice quality seats and fitted firmly onto toilet. I would buy them again. Only 4 stars because the manufacturer hasn't done their homework and included alternative screws for shallower mounting insets.

Relatively easy to fit; I made use of the double sided adhesive pads as with most modern toilets, you can’t reach where the bolts would need to go underneath. Looks good and has stayed solidly in place.

After screwing in as much as possible there is about 1cm+ of the screw still left above the hinge. Trying to screw further actually pulls the plug out of the hole. Unusable.edit: I bought my own slightly shorter screws so it would work. Managed to screw it in properly. Yet now after attaching the seat any movement downwards will pull the hinge off the toilet at the back. When pushing it back upwards, it will completely pull the plug out of the socket. The hinge of the toilet is extremely stiff which I suspect is why it's pulling the plug out when moving the seat

Quality toilet seat !!

It’s ok. Have noticed the whole of the seat whole is smaller than standard toilets. You’ll notice this when sitting.

After two years of use the quality is still very good, the colour matches my floor, the toilet seat cracked when I bought pure wood one before, this one won't break.
