Loose leaf tea.
Now this is really good tea. I've never had loose leaf tea before and I finally found the right way to make it.

Good flavor
Really nice flavor. Loose leaf so you need your own strainer. Not to spicy with the ginger flavor which I like

Taste: rather harsh
The tea is pretty to look at and is in good condition. The can isn't even dented. I'm sure some people will like the taste but it just isn't for me. I think of pear and vanilla as gentle flavors. This tastes industrial to me. Taste is such a personal quality. I hate to give a bad review when it's likely my own taste buds that are rebelling. Sorry.

Not for me taste wise, but a great tea if you are into the flavor.
So I can't fault the Tea or the Tea maker for the fact I don't like the way it tastes, so I won't. Very minor pear flavor which is a bit overpowered by the spiciness of ginger. I can palate it, but it isn't my favorite. I was hoping for a blast of pear with a finish of ginger but its the other way around. Doubt this is the tea's fault, and I am guessing ginger is just too powerful of a flavor and it overpowers the pear. The tea leaf itself is nice, smells good. If you are into Ginger, like white tea, and just want a hint of pear at the end of your sip this tea will be a great addition to your collection.

Faint flavor
I have tried brewing this tea hot several times, and I just don't taste any vanilla or pear. It seems to be a basic white tea, fairly weak in flavor. I did try brewing it stronger than usual, which resulted in a stronger, bitter tea, but still no other flavors. Finally I tried cold brewing it, and at last can taste some delicate fruit flavors along with the white tea. This is a nice tea if you are cold-brewing it, but I was hoping for these flavors in a hot cup of tea!
