A total beast for an international trip for a family of 4
I bought this adapter to simplify travel with my family, which includes two young children. Instead of carrying 3-4 charging bricks and multiple travel adapters, I opted for the 140-watt model to fast charge our 12 USB devices, from phones to headphones. This was meant to be my primary charger, with a backup travel adapter and power brick as spares. When I first unboxed it, I wasn’t particularly impressed, but it feels adequately made. The different plugs (EU, US, etc.) are functional, though I’d appreciate more sturdiness, especially with small kids around. The adapter’s design is modern and discreet, which reduces the worry of theft. It’s also compact and didn’t add much weight to my carry-on, which is a plus. The ports are all on the same side, which occasionally led to tangled cords among the four of us. However, I prefer this setup to having ports distributed on different sides. It wasn’t a major issue. Even with all ports in use, the adapter only got slightly warm, which is expected with this power output. I used this extensively in a country with EU plugs, averaging at least 10 hours of usage daily, and it performed excellently- I used it only a handful of times as a travel adapter, that is using it to power a US-plugged electric device. The adapter is decently durable, surviving minor bumps in my bag without any damage. While I usually keep devices charged at home, the demands of travel meant some devices would run down, and this adapter was a lifesaver for quickly recharging them. I couldn’t check the power quality from the plugs we used, but the adapter consistently delivered around 45 watts through the three USB-C cables I had power meters on, sometimes reaching the low 80-watt range. With the additional USB-A plug, it likely approached 100 watts. On our last leg, after a long day followed by a night flight, this charger was reassuring. Even with the kids watching something in the terminal, I knew our devices would be sufficiently charged for the flight. Given the convenience and reliability, I’m pleased with this premium unit, though without a teardown, I can’t fully speak to its internal build quality. It performed flawlessly on one trip, so I can’t give it less than full marks. I haven’t purchased a travel adapter in years, and so I don’t have much to compare it too, but I do know that having a high-speed charger when you need, while you are traveling is important to me, so I do think this unit is worth it, even if the price is pushing it a bit.

Reliable Power Adapter for High-Demand Use!
I recently upgraded to this 170W power adapter to meet my laptop’s higher wattage requirements, and it has exceeded my expectations. Previously, I used a 140W adapter, which matched my laptop’s power needs exactly, leaving no headroom. This 170W adapter provides the extra power needed, ensuring stable performance without overloading. An added bonus is its performance during air travel. Unlike some adapters that struggle with the often loose and unstable power outlets on planes, this one fits securely and maintains a consistent connection, making it ideal for frequent travelers. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this purchase. It delivers the necessary power for my device and offers reliable performance, both at home and on the go.

This reduce the number of chargers I need to carry when traveling
I purchased this to reduce the number of chargers I need to carry when traveling. The device advertises support for three-port charging: C1 at 100W, C2 at 35W, and C3 at 30W—enough to simultaneously power my MacBook Pro, iPhone, and Apple Watch. While I don’t have the tools to verify the actual output, it has performed reliably for my needs so far. One of the standout features is its all-in-one design, which includes four interchangeable plugs compatible with over 180 countries—including the USA, Canada, Japan, UK, Ireland, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, China, Australia, Argentina, and New Zealand (note: South Africa and India are not supported). This makes it a versatile companion for international travel. That said, I’ve noticed two drawbacks: - Weight and fit: The charger is relatively heavy, and in some outlets, it doesn’t stay securely in place. I’ve had instances where it slipped out or felt unstable. - Plug compatibility: When attempting to connect a standard U.S. three-prong plug to the adapter, it required more force than expected. I’m unsure whether this is a design limitation or a defect in my particular unit. Overall I recommend this device.

Didn’t charge, didn’t work, it’s defective
Didn’t charge, didn’t work, it’s defective, many others complained too. Read all the other negative reviews. This cost $50 and it was a poorly made product! Poor quality. Poor durability. Poor functionality!

This is the one to use for your trip...
This thing has some weight, so you know the quality is there, and it comes with a nice pouch to carry it in. I took it to London with me and it was easy to use. It has an outstanding power level and charges all my electronics very quickly. The easy-to-use functions made it a breeze to operate. It has many different plugs to use.

Works as advertised, the quality as far as I can tell is good as well. Nice and compact. The actual sockets that extent stay in place well. I charged my Pixel 8 Pro, MacBook Pro, and Pixel Buds Pro at the same time, with no issues. Quality buy.

Since I am a traveling photographer, I needed something that could charge multiple devices with ease. Although this charger seemed to be working as intended, it is just not reliable and will more often than not lose contact and not charge. To elaborate: every device I connect will switch between being charging and not charging, resulting in the continuous beeping sounds of semi-charging devices. Like plugging a faulty charging cable into your phone. This problem is manageable by carefully reinserting the charger multiple times in the sockets, but that just gets annoying to do every single charging. I tried multiple sockets and cables, but after using a different charger, the problem seems to be with this device. It is also quite heavy, and will slump out of the socket too. Even using a power strip and placing the unit horizontally on the floor (so it doesn't slump) does not work, and my devices could only receive juice by wiggling the charger in a specific position. My phone would also disconnect in the middle of the night, leaving it drained and empty for the next day because the retractable sockets kept losing contact. Again, very annoying. While the power output is plentiful, the reliability of the charger is just too bare-bones. I would suggest you find a different charger than this one and save yourself the problems I had.
