Works great with all 3 of our families computers, Lenovo, Dell & MAC
Installed in our office connected to a large monitor. So far my Lenovo laptop, My wife's dell laptop & my daughters MAC book all attach to the device and utilize the large monitor, keyboard and mouse perfectly! Did need to adjust power settings to allow the closure of the laptops lids while connected to the docking station.

It's Functional
It only works with laptops or mobile devices unfortunately. If it worked with my Desktop Natively that would have been great. If you need it for on the go it gets the job done. But if you are going to use it for your desktop make sure you have a compatible GPU.

Compact and Essential USB-C Docking Station
Pros: So far, it has worked fine. I like the fact it offers essential video connections Display Port and HDMI. The RJ-45 connector is very useful for me, no unnecessary memory card readers, my laptop already has it. I like its connection cable length and the over the desk design, it is not just a block with connections. I haven’t noticed any temperature issues compared with other I have used. Cons: The only not that good thing about it I found is that the Display Port does not allow the computer to recognize when the monitor is Nvidia G-Sync compatible, but that is something very specific to my needs. That's why I give it 4 stars. Overall, it has been a good portable USB-C docking station.

Excellent port replicator and easy to use
I got this for my Lenovo Thinkbook so I could use external (2) monitors. It is very small and compact but a little heft to it. Using the laptop's power supply I am able to power the laptop and 1 external monitor while the other required an adapter for the wall. I can use the laptop with 2 monitors, USB keyboard and mouse, and have an older USB port for headphones making this a good option from working away from my main PC rig. There are no moving parts, lights, or things to break so and it just works. I would highly recommend for modern laptops as they have limited powered ports and few to no older usb plug support.

Great for on the go
*update* Product failed within a couple months. I reached out to support and was told it isn't compatible with two of my Lenovo computers. I asked for a compatibility sheet since it's not disclosed anywhere. I finally found someone with compatible computer and it was the same issues. It's basically a big power pass through at this point. I reached out to Lenovo again and will update with their response. I needed something I could use to display dual monitors while on the go. The build is adequate and sturdy. I haven't had any issues with connectivity. It's plug and play which was a huge selling point for me. It's definitely a value for the money. It's light weight and small. You can easily tuck this into your laptop bag while on the go. It's about the size of the computer mouse. It doesn't seem to generate any heat or noise. I'm satisfied with this purchase and would purchase again if I need to.

Lenovo USB C Hub worked perfectly allowing second HDMI connection
As a software engineer I was working on a contract with a client supplied Lenovo laptop. However, there was only one HDMI port and I have two 27" monitors in my home office. I have a USB to HDMI connector but you need to download a small driver and install it. They didn't want me to do that (which I'm ok with). They were supposed to send a docking station but never did so I bought this unit on my own as it wasn't very expensive. It really does everything a docking station will do from my experience. It worked perfectly and gave me my second monitor. I only used it for the HDMI port so I can't comment on the other ports. It is high quality and I would recommend. That job is over so I'm not using it now but I'm sure I will use it again.

Do not use Amazon Basic DisplayPort to HDMI cable
This worked well, just had to use a Display port to Display port cable. When I used the Amazon Basic cable for DisplayPort to HDMI, that did not work.

It’s nice but doesn’t have that powerful punch I was looking for
I’ve had this for about 5 hours. Been using it on my MacBook. 1. Won’t charge your MacBook. Power cord need to be plugged into ur Mac. 2. Working with 2 ssd and one 5tb HDD all plugged into this hub. It shuts off and turns on. Stopping my workload. Cannot run all those simultaneously. Which is an issue since this device won’t charge your Mac. Will only handle one ssd and one 5tb HDD at the same time. 3. For some reason my ssd feels hotter than usual. The hub seems a little warm. 4. Love the size and portability. The quality seems nice too. Overall it has all these usb and usbc plugs but you can’t use them all cause the hub can’t handle that work load. I think original price is near 100? Maybe little less. I personally wouldn’t spend that on this. I got this on sale so I’m debating on keeping it. Idk if there is anything out there that’s better for this price point.but I’m on a huge budget and this is nice for convenience. But if the prices for all the others are the same or more then I’d have no choice to get this. I do have another little usbc hub I got for 20 bucks a while ago that I can probably connect to the other usbc on the laptop so I can increase my workload and not overdo it with this one. I wish it could handle the load. For the price I paid like closer to 60 I might keep it. I’ll update this review once I start working with editing and transferring braw files to ssd and HDD. I want a hub that plugs into the wall but that are too expensive with prices going insanely high. I cannot afford them even on sale. But this is nice for the fact u can take it with u anywhere.
