Product Description Bachmann Trains End of Train Device with Track-Powered Flashing LED - HO Scale. End of Train Device with Track-Powered Flashing LED - HO Scale. Replace one truck/coupler on your Bachmann freight car with this Flashing LED End of Train Device to finish the end of your freight train. Tracking powered; no wiring required. Operates on both DC and DCC layouts. It installs on the following HO Bachmann rolling stock with E-Z Mate couplers and may also be compatible with some other popular brands: 50' Plug-Door Box Car, 56' ACF Center-Flow Hopper, 50' Steel Reefer, 52'6'' Flat Car with 35' Piggyback Trailer, Evans All-Door Box Car, 27' Ore Car, Canadian 4-Bay Cylindrical Grain Hopper, and 50'6'' ACF Outside Braced Sliding Door Box Car. ## Questions & Answers

**Q: Will this fit Walthers 75' auto train auto carrier?**
A: I can not say for sure. It depends on the distance from the circuit board located on the trucks to the coupler. Most cars yes. But the Walthers rolling stock you describe has the trucks mounted  farther away from the cars ends then most. The wires hold the flashing device and about an inch long from the truck mounted circuit board unless your really good with soldering 26 gage wiring where you could extend the length. However you could try. Amazon that returns without any issues.

**Q: It doesn't come with the screw, i have ordered twice, it is unusable as the whole is too large for regular truck screw. why is screw pictured and not**
A: The screw pictured is typical for Bachmann freight cars as is the unit itself.  You can use it other stock but to do you may need a grommet like spacer with it so that it stays centered and/or use a washer or a screw with a flange to holdit on.

**Q: Will this fit a maxi-IV well car?**
A: Yes it will.

I received the Bachmann End of Train Device (EOTD) today and installed it on my new Bachmann Industries CSX #256439 ACF 56’ Center-Flow Hopper (HO Scale). I have to say it works and looks amazing! While I normally don’t order Bachmann products due to their lesser focus on intricate detailing compared to other brands, this EOTD exceeded my expectations. Installation was an absolute breeze, and it added a realistic touch to my layout that I didn’t realize I was missing. Yes, Bachmann may not be known for the same level of detail as some other brands, but their durability is a big advantage. With fewer fragile parts, their products can withstand regular handling better, which is great for active model railroading. Overall, this EOTD is an excellent addition, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking to enhance their layout with a functional and visually appealing detail.
