Even though the picture on the box shows shrimp the content has no add-ins, if you want them you need to buy them separately.The bowl is 480 calories. To prepare it you need to open four packages(noodles, sauce, peanuts, herbs), add two tablespoons of water, and mix. I state that, because it seems like many of the reviews are for some other product.I like that these take so little time to prepare, and taste pretty good; not "great", but better than average, for sure. Despite all the warnings posted about "spicy", I do not find this meal very spicy. Every once in a while a bite of it has a little extra heat, but nothing to worry about. The meal is a good value, and can be prepared and eaten in a short time, so if your schedule is hectic, this is a good meal to have.
