I like these, however when watering, the water comes out of the sides. I would probably purchased solid planters next time. I’m going to safety pin those areas closed to see if that helps. My tomato plants are thriving though. I don’t feel like there is enough room to place plants where the holes are. Maybe others have had success with that. Also, must water frequently.

It's nicely made and I expect to be able to use it 3-4 times/years - the fabric and stiching are quite robust. It looks fine in the green color and the plants kind of show off as they grow out of it. So, construction is great. The usefullness is a but sketchy. Here are the difficulties i've faced. - Watering the top with enough volume to reach the bottom hole is a challenge. You either overwater the top plants or the bottom is starved. - When you fully water the top plants (enough to get to the bottom) the water will run out of the top holes in the fabric. I like the idea alot, but I think this is too many plants in too small a vertical space. I'm going to add a perforated tube next year so the water will be able to get to the bottom plants more directly. It's not a horrible design, it's just not a 'pour water in and forget it' option. You have to water little amounts more often to get to the bottom. But then, the top seem to be overwatered... so you wait for the next water... and then the bottom is water starved... so you water the top enough to get to the bottom... and then... I think you get my point. We'll see if the tube next year makes a difference. Else, I would suggest just not planting anthing on the very bottom hole?

Perfect for its purpose

Good quality and thick material. Had some issues with getting seedling in precut hole but after a few minutes was successful. Pouches are nice and overall design is sturdy. They even come with S hooks to hang them. I'm happy with my purchase and will be coming back for another set in the months to follow.

Super flimsy and these leak easily - best to an open area not on a deck.

So far so good , seems well made and I like that the pockets are angled so water doesn’t just drain out the sides . Moved to an apartment so this is a great way to get more plants in a small area . hope for some big veggies this year

Cute idea. After I put plants in and tried to water them the water was coming out of the side pockets. That was a muddy mess. Not sure if the water would reach the bottom of the up side down planter.
