Almost painless, Good buy
Had to replace an old Braun one that fell and busted, so I decided to try this one.The swivel head and I guess newer tech made me glad I broke the old one. This one is easier to use, I don't have to go over the same area a million times and it hurts less!!!After about 10 minutes I realized I was NOT wincing all the time.I haven't used the brushes or exfoliator yet, so I can't say about that, but the set as a whole is a good buy. and the carrying case is pretty too.BONUS - I live abroad and with a small adapter I'm able to charge this using my 220V outlet.

La compre para mi esposa y esta muy feliz, la utiliz amucho, dice que al principio era un poco doloroso, como cualquier proceso de depilado pero muy efectiva, no es agresiva con su piel que es muy sensible. Asi que excelente producto

Works like a Charm
Talk about Ouch. BUT it definitely works! PCOS girly approved. I love that it pulls the hair from the ROOT. I was having to constantly derma blade daily. Now it’s like every 3 days. And my skin isn’t irritated and does not have dry patches from derma blading. Game changer for sure!!!!

Junk less than a month use
Junk broke in one month , for $200 what a rip off. If I could I give this junk a big fat zero . I’m so pissed off the the money it’s not worth it .

HAD BEEN USED
Someone else's hairs were in the box......I most definitely got someone's returned product and I couldn't be more grossed out. The item wasn't all packaged in plastic like it was new, and there were dirty fingerprints on the white parts of the box. I'd love to use it but would rather wait for a replaced item.

Works really well!
I bought this epilator for my face, especially for hair on chin and above the lip. I am 85 years old and have been using a Philips epilator for several years. Lots of readers reported pain. It’s true that there is pain, but that is because it works so well! I prepared by taking a shower and exfoliating my face, then ran a warm cloth over my chin and upper lip plus my lower face line. I did not experience much pain there, but it had only been a week since I had used my Philips. However, when I got to the area above the lip, that really smarted. I went over the area again with a hot, wet cloth and though it still stung, it was much better. The hair was gone from that area that would not come off using the Philips, so it was definitely worth the discomfort. When finished I used some skin toner on the area, followed by Ceramic-Ve moisturizer and the face looks and feels great. This was my birthday present to myself and I am very happy with it.
