We needed a black fan with a remote and came across this product. So far, we love it! Instructions were easy to follow and the install was not hard at all. I did have to customize the 6 inch rod, as it was a little too long for the room we had the fan in, but I knew that going into it and that it was not a problem of the fan itself. I'm a huge fan of the fact that we can change the tone of the light from warm to daylight as needed. I haven't had a chance to connect to the app yet, but that is also nice to have as an option.I also had a situation come up, at no fault of the product, where I needed to contact support for some advice on a particular wiring setup that I had. The support I received was great. They always got back to me within a day(usually less), were friendly/understanding, and we were able to come up with a solution right away.

First it’s very modern. Somewhat easy to install but it’s great once it’s installed. The onlyProblem iam having is that it’s on speed 6 and it keeps going low and low and then backTo high. Also what’s the app to use ?

Really happy with the overall performance and available features of this fan. Everything works and performs as stated and moreover the seller demonstrated excellent customer service when I reached out to request a smaller down-rod for my particular application. I will definitely recommend this fan to anyone without any reservations.

I got this fan and was so excited. Some blades were a little scuffed. We got it ready to go and the light is beautiful and worked well with the app. But the fan just stopped working. We tried everything! I messaged seller, and he made it right. I’m so happy now with my purchase and aiding me. Thank you again!!! 💜💜💜 Really great fan and very modern.

I recently upgraded my space with the fanlight, and overall, I'm delighted with its performance and design. here's a detailed breakdown of my experience:This fan has a modern design that fits perfectly with my home's interior. The black finish adds a touch of elegance, making it a great addition to indoor and outdoor spaces. it looks great in my living room! I will update the picture. also, the fan operates quietly, even when running at the highest speed, which is great. installation was straightforward, with clear instructions and all necessary components included. it did take some time to balance the blades perfectly, but once that was done, the fan operated smoothly with no wobble.

There are so many problems with the design and manufacturing of this fan, but the main problem is the absolutely worthless remote control. It has entirely too many functions and will not turn on the fan without the light coming on. It also forgets all the settings Every time it is turned off.

First of all, these are very budget friendly fans so I'm trying to keep that in mind. I purchased a new house that was prewired for fans but none existed so I purchased 4 of these for the small bedrooms. Install was a breeze and there was no extra steps needed.First thing I noticed when I finished was the fan looked like it was missing a decorative cover that is supposed cover the ball at the top of the rod. Come to find out, this is how it is designed and it is also photographed this way so no fault of seller but a minor cosmetic gripe.Once I got instructions from the seller on how to download the app, the setup was super easy and the app works just fine. My real issue really is the programming for this fan. When you flip the switch, it will only start on a very white LED on max brightness that is nearly blinding with no ambient lighting. Seller states this is how it was designed and theres no way to force the fan to turn on at a different light tone without keeping the switch on at all times and controlling the fan with the app or remote. Essentially, when you flip the switch to off then back on it doesn't memorize the last setting, instead reverts to the designed start up settings.The other issue is that the first setting is VERY high. You can't just have it slowly move air around.. this thing just MOVES air which is impressive but also annoying when you just want a "low" setting. It has 6 settings and theres maybe a 25% difference in speed between 1 and 6. Even the guests I had come into town without mentioning stated the fan is bright and very fast.Finally, the quality of the fan is fine. I wouldn't say it looks good but it's "good enough" for rooms that arent used often. The blades are thin and spaced awkwardly wide so it kind of looks under engineered.If you're on a budget and like bright white LED's and very fast fans this is the one for you. If you're like me and want warm lighting start up option with various ranges of speed this is not the one for you. If I had to do it again I would've spent double for a higher quality fan that matched my needs. I always remind myself you get what you pay for so keep that in mind.
