Amazing. This book was recommended by a friend at a poetry meeting, and he was right. The "dictionary of arts" does indeed include literature. Everything you need to know about writers and poets as well as artists. A unique reference book, similar to the old "Readers encyclopedia" which had a slant towards books and was American, but included artists and people from history. As a collector of art books and poetry books, I love this comprehensive reference book.
