Great product but poorly packaged
Great product. Very good on long runs or rides. Unfortunately the box was badly packaged and one of the gels had split, leaving a messy box and outer packaging. Rescued and cleaned up 11 and a half gels. Disappointing but not worth the fuss of trying to return it.

Good product, worked great for me.
I bought these after doing g lots of research on running fueling and strategy. Basically I'm a large runner, at the time of getting these 150+ kg. I was preparing for a half marathon and higher carbs than normal gels (generally around 20g) were needed to keep me going. These were brilliant in doing that. I used these every hour with others gels and gummies in between. Worked so well I felt I could keep going a few more miles at the end. Now I take them with me on all my longer runs now.
