No fasteners, it's a top. It's lovely, the top part(bust area) and bottom part are so stretchy very comfortable, it's the mid drift middle part that has the control panel. Hope this helps 😀

I’m a size 12 and I ordered a Large as other people had said it comes up small. I think a Large is supposed to fit a size 16 but it wouldn’t, it would show fat around the arm homes and probably roll up. However on my size 12 shape it fits perfectly, stats in place and is a good length. It has no ‘control’ properties to it but it does smooth you out and is warm. I can get away without a bra under it and it holds me in place. I’m a 34D for reference.I bought it as I’m unable to wear a bra at the moment due to a surgery scar on my bra line.
