This is the best vacuum. Slim design makes it easy to use and it picks up so much. Absolutely the best. At first it was a challenge to get the parts separated. Put a little vaseline on them and no problems since.

What I can said that other buyers haven't said about this product. It's an awesome vacuum. It's easy to assemble, easy to change or interchange brooms and adapters, and very easy to clean and storage. It suction strength is strong, including on heavy thick carpets. This is the 2nd I bought, as my impressions with my 1st purchase was off the charts. Sadly the electronic component and board are not sell separately, as 1st vacuum board melted on a house fire. No complaints over this item. What I love more on this version, besides de price, it's the power on push button, so no need to get a hold on a trigger to start the vacuum, which is a really good advantage when using the flexible tube adapter and you need your both hands to raise and hold items while vacuum with the other.

The vacuum does a great job at picking up dog hair on our hardwood floors. The attachment for the stairs was great because it is light weight and does a great job.

I love how well the vacuum cleaner cleans but I am extremely unhappy with how difficult it is to disconnect the wand from the battery/dust bin part. It is almost impossible to disconnect the two parts at this junction. The other end of the wand is fine - I can easily switch from the hard floor to the carpet attachment. When I called Dyson customer service, they sent a new wand (although it did not have a Dyson label on it so it may not have been a Dyson product). Unfortunately that did not solve the problem. So I called again, and their response was to send it back to Amazon for a refund! So much for Dyson service! And as those who have bought one of these knows, although I saved all the packaging, this would be a bear to repackage!!! Not happy!

No bueno - Way to small - even for small spaces

Dyson is one of the most expensive vacuums yet it gives you two screws to support the docking bases. I’ve purchase much less costly vacuums with properly engineered docking bases. At a minimum, Dyson should at least have 4 screws to adequately secure this weight and design vacuum to the wall.

Love this product! Amazing on hardwood floors, carpets, etc and so easy to maneuver and use! I wish the bin was a little bigger but definitely worth buying!
