Bought these for my three tiny basement windows so my movie nights could finally stop feeling like a matinee at noon. Setup was stupid easy—if you can stick a magnet to a fridge, you’re overqualified for this job. The light-blocking is legit too… like “is it midnight or 3pm?” legit. The material is thick enough to do the job but not so bulky that you’re fighting it every time. Honestly, for the price, it’s a steal. My only complaint? Now I have zero excuses for falling asleep during movies. Highly recommend.

Comes with everything you need to get it set up. Read the instructions to make sure once you put it up, it sticks indefinitely. I had no issues. Carefully measuring your window, and the piece you cut out for that window. will make a difference in how much light is filtered out. It is true that it is 100 percent blackout, but you must make sure you cover the window entirely with the material so little cracks of light don’t seep in around the seems. Unless that doesn’t matter to you. I found this very useful in my camper. I was able to cover two regular camper windows and 1 small camper bathroom window with material to spare. I noticed in the summer it will block out a lot of heat. Make sure the silver side faces the outside part of the window for it to reflect heat. I’ve even noticed it has blocked some of the cold from coming in the windows of the camper during the colder months too. All in all they have held up really well so far without losing any stickiness. I highly recommend.

I am pleasantly surprised. I needed back out shades because the sun is beating down into the bedroom. Pros: - It’s light. It feels like a table cloth and it comes out wrinkled like one. It gives instructions how to get them out but I don’t have an iron. - It was simple and easy to cut to fit the window. - it really does block out the light! Cons: - The magnets are heavy and often fall off. They come with extra adhesion sticks but even those have fallen off. - It looks like a cheap plastic table cloth. It’s not pretty at all. Overall I am impressed by how it blocks out the light but I may keep looking since the magnets keep falling off and pulling the shade off the window.

This blackout cover works amazing. It blocks out 100% of the light and makes the room completely dark. Keeps the room colder aswell since it blocks the sun come through. Perfect for graveyard shift people trying to catch some sleep during the day 🥲

We purchased the product for our 1 year old grandson who would be visiting our house on occasion. Before purchasing I read that the product would NOT leave a sticky residue when removing like other products. That’s why I purchased this product so it could be easily removed and reused again. It worked great for blacking out the room and easy installation. Today I was removing the panels until next time and the adhesive magnets do not come off without a tool like a putty knife. They leave a sticky mess on the window which is what I was trying to avoid. It’s a great product if you don’t want to open the windows a again for natural light without magnets stuck to your window.

This blackout fabric is excellent quality! It’s very easy to cut. I am very impressed with the packaging and all the possibly required items included. For example, if your situation requires adhesives to mount the blackout fabric, plenty double sided high quality adhesive strips are included. If you need magnets they are included. What if you needed both but need the magnet to be adhesive on one side? Included! I ended up using a couple different options just because I could! Plenty of everything included and all high quality. I used this to prevent my ever aware Schnoodle from seeing out the front door. She goes nuts over anything that moves; my door has sections so the blackout looks great, and also blocks afternoon sun. Top section is still open and lets sunlight in and still allows visibility we need. Definitely recommend!

Works great, Def made the room much cooler. Window is in the sun all day so it gets very hot during peak hours. You use the Velcro adhesive for the tops and use the magnets at the bottom to open it when you need to. Don't hook it up directly on the window, put it on the window pane so it traps the heat there. It does fit larger windows on one side only so if you block both you'd need 2. Easy to install, took about 5 mins.

Conforme à la description, dans mon cas j’avais une fenêtre en demie lune à équiper. Mes contours de fenêtre étant blancs, j’ai peint au préalable les aimants. Concernant le tissu, il se coupe assez facilement (je l’ai fait au ciseau). La pose demande un peu de minutie mais le rendu est très correct (j’ai légèrement repassé au fer le tissu ce qui a atténué certains plis). À voir dans le temps si le tissu ne change pas.

Very pleasantly surprised by how effective this is. It's very thin, and doesn't look particularly pretty, but definitely does the job. Initial installation takes about 15 minutes. After that, it's easy to put up and take down as needed in c.30 seconds as the magnets pull themselves together. The magnets are much easier to use, and more secure than velcro. Overall, great value for money. Photos show a sun-facing window at 2pm on a sunny day with and without the blackout blind.
