I bought it earlier in 2020 and was no issue for delivery at that time but no idea now.

Is this brand Korean ?

This brand is American and made in the USA however it does state that it uses all Asian Ingredients

Is this cream good for dry skin and a mature lady who as a few wrinkles

I cant say it's made any difference ( like most creams) but it sinks in nice and not greasy. Prob wouldnt buy it again though. Using Perricone brand now and I really like the feel of it. X
