Love it!
This is my favorite green tea. The flavor is so smooth I don’t have to add anything to it. I drink it before a big workout or run for the caffeine push, helps keep my energy up to push through. Great price point too. I have had it hot and even made a pitcher out of it with a cold brew.

Enjoying This Tea
As a consummate coffee drinker, who is significantly dialing back his intake, I appreciate this as an alternative. It seems to keep me focused and alert. Not looking at any other benefits to drinking this tea.

Great tasting, calming, and energizing.
This tea gives me energy while keeping your mind relaxed. As someone who has allergies I also find it to decongest my sinuses a bit. I like the taste better than Mate. Great product!

Not for me
I wouldn't say favor is bad but is not special. I found I didn't sleep well from first day. Decided to only drink of morning. One day it smelt and tasted fishy. Which made me wonder about how hygienic the village workers are. However, my biggest issue was as soon as I drank it my stomach would be queasy, have extreme gas and diarrhea. After this going on for three days, thought it was probably the tea since that was the only dietary change. Didn't drink yesterday morning or this morning no stomach issues. So, I don't intend to try it again. Unfortunately, that means I'm throwing out about 80+ tea bags.
