Review: I'm a pretty low- maintenance kind of lady - I was really excited for this product, I'm a pretty low- maintenance kind of lady, I don't like to spend too much time on my hair (10-15minutes daily tops) so the idea of being able to switch between flat iron and curling iron was very exciting. This tool broke on only my third use. The last flat iron I had, I used for 7 years until the electric shorted out. With this Berta, I wasn't even doing anything crazy, just you know, using the hair tool. On the three uses prior to its untimely demise it wasn't the greatest, mainly because it wasn't easy to use, the flat iron function got hot enough, it just was difficult to squeeze over the hair and the plastic tip got extremely hot so it was uncomfortable to touch. I would have kept using it though, mainly because I'm kind of lazy about beauty supplies if it hadn't broken. UGH.
