A: You leave your hair out and you can't curl it and no it doesn't look cheap. It's a good one but I got black I wouldn't recommend the other colors

A: I'm  unsure. I think it has to have the tags in place and if you return it , it has to show no signs of  alteration  or wear in order to receive  a refund.
