Would love to review but can't
Parts of it were floppy that shouldn't have been, the remote only turned the camera off, and the documentation was really lacking. I don't know exactly how the camera works or doesn't because I have to keep getting up since my remote doesn't work since the app doesn't really work with it. So far, unimpressed Which is what I would tell customer service. If they'd ever actually come on to the online chat. Come on to the online hell which is the only way you can get help from them. Ridiculous

Anything BUT PRO LEVEL
This was received on time and in good condition. It was purchased because of a sudden need for a second video camera. In use, I've found that it is just a basic camera and does not have any features of a "Pro" camera. I have yet to find any stabilization feature in it, so tripod mounting has been a necessity. But it does create sharp videos if you aren't hand holding it. The external mic has an internal preamp with a non replaceable battery as does the included LED light, so both must be plugged into a USB power source to recharge them. A quick battery swap to continue use is impossible. The camera battery can be swapped, but no charger is included to recharge the battery off camera, so another $22 is required to purchase one of these, and it does not come with a USB cable or wall wort power supply, so these are also extra purchases. Since we used the camera it will not be returned, but it is far from the quality expected for a camera labeled as a PRO camera.
