Like ridiculously. It doesn't ride up and the waistband doesn't roll onto itself. I wear 32 in pants and got the medium for reference. Now...the packing aspect works well and I like that it seperates me from the silicone...but it's cumbersome to use with a STP device. There is a little pouch that holds your packer or STP device and it has flaps of fabric that overlap vertically. It's just awkward to fiddle with the STP in a public bathroom to situate things and then put it back in the pouch. Beyong that though a 10/10.
