Daughter was complaining or blocked ear. I bought it and tried it without much expectations to be honest. Results: massive ear wax blocks came out of her ears (too graphic to show LOL). I can’t believe it was so effective and quick. Put olive oil drop first and 15/20 minutes later, then used the syringe and model to flush out. Highly recommend it.

Good kit overall. The drops softened the wax well and the syringe was easy to use. It took a couple of tries to fully clear my ears, but it worked in the end. Handy to have at home and safer than cotton buds.

Didn’t do much to be honest, can’t say if it worked or not.

I didn't have a high expectation of this product and was therefore amazed when, with the first filling of the syringe, it completely cleared the debris from the problem ear. It was simple, painless and not in the slightest uncomfortable. I used lukewarm water. I paid £8.85 for the kit and weighing that against the local cost of ear cleaning of £60-£90 convinces me it was an entirely worthwhile purchase with incredible value for money. I fully accept that not everyone's experience would be the same because it all depends on how much debris is in there and if it's impacted or not and of course if you've been using oil based drops or hydrogen peroxide beforehand - I had, for four days. I got a second chance to use this a year after I'd bought it when one of my ears blocked. Instead of waiting days for wax etc to soften using drops I employed the syringe straight away and it worked. It cleared the offending material out straight away.

Used the olive oil drops for 10 days still no success with removal of ear wax.

Preparation with olive oil for 2/3/4 days is the secret for success. Then with warm water in syringe and careful pressure it does the job, well for me it does and money well spent.
