Decent but not necessarily an improvement over foil for smoking ribs.
I bought this to smoke multiple racks of ribs in a kettle BBQ. While I was impressed at its resilience and ability to contain moisture when well wrapped there really wasn't any added benefit to using this over thick foil.

Much better than foil
Got this to try and help me get my BBQing to the next level and I love it.First brisket I didn’t have paper and I struggled on the stall. My second was a lot less stressful. 4 hours on the BBQ without paper then wrap the brisket tightly in the butchers paper and the stall is massively reduced

Used for a 'paper bag floor'
I used my roll of Kraft paper to cover my utility room floor ala 'paper bag floor' method. Google it. It's cool!Worked a treat. Looks fab. Even have some left over for wrapping presents. Everyones a winner!

Part missing
Good paper, it's a pity that there was only one reducer. It's not so handy for using in the dispenser, as it wobbles about, and doesn't run freely.

Es perfecto. Lo utilizo para envolver ropa y es muy resistente. No tiene brillo por ninguna de las dos caras, por lo que al ponerle un sello la tinta no se difumina ni mancha. Se corta muy fácil rasgando con la tijera.Viene protegido por ambos extremos y una capa exterior de papel.Volveré a comprarlo.

Gutes, stabiles Papier ohne Beschichtung und Zusatz. Lässt sich gut abreißen und falten bzw. das Grillgut einwickeln. Erfüllt alle Erwartungen und entspricht der Beschreibung. Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis ist gut. Ich kann das Papier nur weiterempfehlen.
