Does this product work with a LED lamp?

No,this will only cure under a uv lamp.Gel polish can be cured under uv or led lamp.I purchased the led lamp for shorter curing time and was glad I kept my uv lamp to use with my shellac polish.Hope this answers your question.

can you cure this under LED light?

I used a UV nail lamp to cure this Shellac like the one you use for Acrylic/Gel nails. I believe you can use UV or LED for this, but I'm not 100% certain.
